"Person-centred counselling is only partly about feelings; ... it concerns itself with clients as persons, and that includes feelings, but also thoughts, experience, ideas, fantasies and other sensations." - such a wonderful conceptualisation of person-centred counselling. Tony Merry continues: "the person-centred approach...rests on a deep respect for and trust in the individual's capacity for growth, development and creativity."
